Soll-IT’s team consists of Robert Johan (CISSP Registered EDP Auditor), Dennis van der Wal (CEH), Terence Sjauw en Wa (MSc) and Ayold Snijder
Robert is an IT auditor and director of Soll-IT. Robert has more than 25 years of experience in conducting IT audits at small to medium-sized companies in various industries. He specializes in ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 assignments, including DigiD audits, ENSIA audits and security audits. Robert has been a teacher at the SRA for more than 10 years, where he provides training "IT in SME control". He also trains and coaches accountants on the job so that they learn to use the IT audit effectively in audit practice. Thanks to his experience and technical background, he knows how to translate issues from technology into the driver's language.
Dennis van der Wal

Internet & network specialist
Dennis, a true Internet and network specialist, is our technical IT auditor and ethical hacker. He tests systems’ vulnerabilities, such as allowing unauthorised access and usage. Using methods such as pen testing and ethical hacking, he searches for security risks in firewalls and websites.
Terence is one of our versatile IT auditors. From ISAE assurance assignments to DigiD assessments and from data analyzes to IT inventories, he does not turn his hand around it. He obtained his Master in Accounting and Control at VU University Amsterdam in 2014 and gained 10 years of experience as a financial auditor. In 2016 he made the switch to IT audit and has since successfully achieved his CISA title. Terence has started working hard with the Postgraduate Training IT Audit, Compliance & Advisory at the VU.
Ayold is also a new talent at Soll-IT. IT systems have always had his interest and this has only increased during his HBO bachelor Accountancy at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. As a result, he opted for the IT audit after completing his bachelor. He will start his postgraduate follow-up course to register EDP auditor (RE). His current field at Soll-IT will focus on data analysis and process mining.
